Hi, I'm Karra, the founder and owner of Bayside Total Cleans.

I started the business in 2023 after years working in real estate, where I regularly dealt with hiring out cleaners on behalf of clients. Time and time again I saw the same problems — cleaners that were not reliable, either showing up late or not at all, poor communication, no uniforms, inaccurate quotes, and jobs that simply weren't done to a professional standard. Items missed completely, lack of attention to detail and simply a lack of care.

I knew it didn't have to be that way. I saw a real gap in the market for a cleaning business that actually showed up, communicated properly, took pride in their work, and treated every home like it mattered. So I built Bayside Total Cleans.

We are a small, close-knit team who genuinely care about the work we do and the clients we do it for. We wear a uniform, we show up on time, and we follow a set checklist so nothing gets missed. We build real relationships with our clients, many of whom we clean for week after week.

We are fully insured and all staff hold current police checks, so you can feel confident and comfortable having us in your home.
